CODS ‘Orthosynergy’ the orthodontics department of the College of Dental Sciences, Davangere is currently one of the leading departments in its field. The department strives to bring beautiful smiles to the Karnataka population using latest technology in the aspects of diagnosis, treatment planning and material sciences.
In addition to aesthetic enhancement our department also deals with improving the quality of life of individuals with debilitating and disfiguring craniofacial anomalies like cleft lip and palate. The department is also on the world map having research linkages with Centre for Evidence Based Dentistry, UK, German Society for Aesthetic Orthodontics, Leeds University Dental School. With enhanced teaching facilities like LCD projectors and Hands on Courses the department remains to be one of the forerunners on the academic front. With the above amenities CODS ‘Orthosynergy’ excels on the educational front.
